"First time staying in Ibague and the hotel Sonesta did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially nice with my limited Spanish). Room was clean and quiet and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was included and had a variety of offerings, and the food quality was quite good. Hotel is attached to a shopping mall with plenty of options for shopping or eating. Spa services were a good value, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sauna were...

"Hotel Kawa is located in the mountains of Salento with an amazing view of the Andes. It is walking distance to the town of Salento and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the plaza back to the hotel at 9:00pm daily. Hotel Kawa staff is very friendly and they were very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and our day trips. The hotel serves dinner nightly, and it was better than any options we found in the town. Breakfast at the hotel was included in our rate and consisted of a...

"Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas para el precio que ofrecen, el desayuno es increible. Me toco pagar parqueadero todos los dias."

"Staff was friendly and helpful even before we got there, breakfast was amazing every morning as was all food served. Assistance with coordinating trusted drivers to/from the airport was so helpful! Having the hike to the waterfalls on site was the perfect daily activity."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again."

"Alles gut für eine Nacht"

"Excelente personal muy amable, el desayuno debe mejorar."

"The room was comfortable and clean and the breaksfast options were also quite nice. Depending on the room there can be quite a lot of street noise. "

"Great stay! We will definitely be back. Stayed at the house by the river and loved it."

"Muy recomendable! Todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, desde que llegamos hasta la salida. Todos muy amables, está bien ubicado. Sin duda alguna regresaría!"

"BUEN LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE, CÓMODO, CON BUENAS HABITACIONES Y SERVICIOS BÁSICOS. PERSONAL AMABLE Y EXCELENTE LOCALIZACIÓN equidistante PARA VISISTAR SALENTO (25 min) FILANDIA(20 MIN) Y ARMENIA(25 MIN). A 40 MINUTOS DEL PARQUE DEL CAFÉ ."

"Bed sheets had stains on them. The place was by a busy street so lots of noises. Staff is friendly but not much amenities."
