Hotel Coco Beach by Croma
8/10 Good
"This hotel has so much potential. But it is underutilized . It is right on the beach. Although not the best part of the beach, but beach is beach. In aa area 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a populated area. The hotel has a nice pool area, restaurant and bar area combined. Service is as I expect, being a monthly tourist and oart time resident of Colombia. Dont expect bells and whistles, everything here runs on a different kind of clock, slowly! Hotels in Colombia are staffed according to demand, no more and mist times less than needed. When I arrived, there were 10 people in the reception area and no workers. I had to go to the pool area to get a worker to come to check me in. The girl was very nice, explained what was necessary and nothing more. The room, mmmmm as they say was a superior room, but it was so small. You had room to get off the bed on each side. There was a TV air conditioner two towels and a hand towel and a bar soap and that's all you get. No bottle of water, no rack for suitcase, nothing more, just simplicity, but was clean which is the most important thing. The pool area very nice but there's no service if you're using the pool you have to physically get up and go to the bar or the restaurant bar. The restaurant closes at 3 PM. After that, you are on your on. Taxi or other small roadside makeshift restaurant. All in all very good hotel. I recommend!
