"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price.
Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."
"Gesamtes Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Klimaanlage kaputt (Aussentemparatur 35 Grad), Hotel insesamt sehr schmutzig, einige tote Mäuse entdeckt, Personal sehr unfreundlich. Noch nie so etwas erlebt!!!!"
"The uniqueness of the property is when you can relax to your liking with no fancy codes or other restrictions! They took a great care of us with some midday food on on the house and other gestures ….. we are so thankful to the entire Aqua Hotel team! Gov well done! 👍"
"pour un ancien Hôpital, c'est une très belle rénovation en hôtel. La piscine par contre est trop chaude pour l'été mais ça doit être sympa en basse saison....
un super accueil, et la responsable hyper sympa et de bons conseils ...nous a permit de nous garé dans une petite cour pour nos motos...trop cool"

Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Purtroppo causa COVID solo l’area termale e quindi anche la piscina era aperta ma tornerò sicuramente per provare la Spa.
