"I had amazing experience at the tent. The accommodation is affordable, walkable distance to the beach, rooms are of good size. Very convenient location with géneral stores , dining restaurants, transport links, beach, bike renting right outside the property. Everyone is so friendly from reception staffs to housekeepers to caterers. I'm glad to have chosen tent for my stay. Will definitely come back if i visit palma again and absolutely recommend to everyone. !! Also, they have free brunch...

"There had been smokers in the room before me. One desk clerk dismissed my concern and said it must have been smoke blown in. But no, the stench was terrible. I should have asked for a different room but was too tired. I know guests don't always follow the rules. You should have some way to fumigate the room when this occurs and fine guests who do smoke. They should be told upfront. If the next guest using that room reports smoke, then they will be charged."
