"We stayed here for four days and we had a great time."

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."

"I loved this hotel and ended up staying their twice. Easy to get to, easy to walk to local attractions. Hotel service was very good. Breakfast very good. I also used the bar/restaurant several times for lovely meals "

"部屋は広く十分でしたが、ホテルのお湯が熱くなったり冷たくなったりしました。しかし他のホテルに泊まった方もそのようだったので、給湯インフラが全体的に整っていない可能性があります。 また、中心地へは日中の渋滞があると30分ほど、スムーズにいけば10分程度で到着可能です。"

"We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. Stuff didn't...
