"Smooth check in process. VERY cold refrigerator for Europe. Parking directly close to the room. Great and plenty of hot water. Good Wifi. Quiet room and very clean. A/C was horrible , really non-existent. Rooms seemed new. I also felt I was back in college, but that wasn't an issue. Elevator was a plus. I did not take the breakfast. Again my only complaint was no A/C, but it does cool down at night. I would return again if I was in the city. Dan"

"Four stars !! No way The bathroom was so small you ere basically standing in the shower to use wash basin. The place would struggle to be 3 stars. The sofa in the TV room was like a brick rock solid. The Bedroom was so small you could reach both walls from the bed. The apartment was very clean and basics were there but never again."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...

"This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious. We ate there twice on our stay and loved every bite. "

"If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like it's in the center of everything, this is not that place. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "
