"This is a beautiful hotel in central Ravenna, with a short walk to the train station, 6 of the main Unesco mosaic sites, the Dante tomb, shopping and restaurants. We had one of the Traditional rooms, which was very big, with a ceiling painting and nice sized bathroom. The breakfast includes coffee and tea prepared as you like and a buffet of cold items with alot of variety. The staff is friendly. Lots of nice sitting rooms inside and outside. And bowls of candy and chocolates available."

"Though they have an Air Conditioner in the room, they were not willing to turn it on during the beginning of a heat wave. They did help and pivot with a full standing fan which was very appreciated 👍"

"The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again."

"Very convenient for the railway station and walking into the city. Hotel with helpful staff, although it’s very basic. Breakfast was average. Lots of processed foods, but coffee was fresh! We chose this hotel as we were using the trains to arrive and depart from Ravenna. Unfortunately, the area is quite run down with many dubious characters hanging around. Certainly avoid the area of Speyer Garden directly opposite the railway station."

"The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away.
