"Location outstanding, staff great, room desperate need of remodel, tiny shower had broken door and they rigged a shower curtain keep stepping on mold on bottom. Extremely unacceptable. Breakfast from 7:30 to ten, 915 no eggs or sausage, never replaced, when eggs were there cold. No fans in bathroom. Common in italy for some bizarre reason but Extremely stinky, and extremely easy to fix"
"Lovely Staff, great location and decent size rooms. Aircon worked great. However, there was no lift so lots of stairs if you are on the upper floors. Few fixtures broken in the bathroom, like the bathroom door but still worked fine (was supposed to be a sliding door but it was broken into two halves) Didn’t have the breakfast but it was included so overall a great price :)"

"I have to say, after staying in some very luxurious places in Italy, the best air-conditioning and the best water pressure for a shower were at Hotel Franchi. My family and I joked about this, as it was really true! There is a lovely garden where we enjoyed a take-out lunch.
