"Staff and the clean room are amazing. We had just a small problem with the water from the shower that goes to the toilet floor. Maybe just a glass box to work perfect.
Breakfast very nice, very good quality food, nice croissants, good location.

"The hotel is just around the corner from the train station, although we could not hear the trains at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and each nights stay included and extensive breakfast buffet. The Friars still own the facility and the Church a couple of doors down. The history of the facility was very interesting. I would recommend this hotel."

"Clean modern room, nice 24/7 staff. They do charge to hold bags, there’s no coffee or tea in the room. No water. We’ve traveled extensively thru Italy so surprised by that. Otherwise, close to water taxi and again, nice modern clean rooms."

"Liquid soap empty. Hair in there from previous guest. No one to help with bags. We were coming from nicer hotels so my expectations were higher but this is a pretty outdated property."
