"I'm was single guy travelling alone; this place was perfect. Clean room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with good hot shower w lots of pressure. They provided a nice hot breakfast and much to my surprise an evening happy hour w 2 free beers and some hot snacks. Location was good, everything was good. It's not an elegant place to impress your new girlfriend or a bougie honeymoon destination but if you want a good basic place to stay at a fair price, Ocean's Edge is great. I'll stay here next time...

"The only good thing about this place is the breakfast. The room is dirty and stinks awfully bad. The elevator is overdue inspection by 6 mo. The bathroom door screeched so bad it woke up my with. I asked them to lubricate and the desk person say he would be never did. The tile in the bath was broken. Terrible experience!!"

"Everything was great. Pool was very clean but not heated so it was cold for this time of year.. Condo had everything that you could need. All the dishes, utensils, laundry stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"The photos of this property are very deceiving! It is old and run down. The pool surface was all flaked off so you cut your feet on the bottom. The buildings are all corroded. We had to move units because the first one was just flat unacceptable for over $600 a night! The unit we were stuck with was clean but it’s very outdated and worn. The ceilings were popcorn style and full of dirt around air vents, the walls were cracked and separated at most corners. No ice maker, No Kcup coffee pot...

"Easy access to the beach, and lots of good restaurants. Close to the main drag to if you needed anything it was close. Parking at your front door and in a peaceful neighborhood. We will be returning."

"They overbooked my reservation and I did not stay there. Avanti offered a replacement. I was notified by email 2 hours before check-in. Thankfully I checked my email. This makes it very hard to recommend this place."

"Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great.
