Hotel staff at reception were lovely. The hotel hallway and reception area were very well kept and clean.

Bed was like sleeping on a slab with a rock for a pillow.

"I would have loved free bottled water. I hope they could include breakfast. I didn’t see a charging outlet. I love that the Leaning Tower is a walking distance, there is a nice rooftop terrace, and that the front desk clerk helped me get a taxi to the airport. There were nice souvenir stalls next to the hotel."
"Very disappointing — only suitable for a one-night stay
Sadly, this hotel was a huge let-down. The only positive points for us were that the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean enough, and it was dark and quiet enough for sleeping.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very old and tired inside. The hallways and other areas have stickers and patches everywhere, seemingly covering holes and damage in the flooring and walls, which really adds to the run-down feel.

"Das Hotel ist klein und familiär, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bad ebenfalls. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Tischen, sehr gemütlich am Abend. Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt - absolut perfekt! Die Hotelbetreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!"
"Large & Clean room for an airport hotel. Bath in bathroom great for travelling with baby. Huge bed. Free parking and breakfast included brilliant. Close to the airport. Short 15 min drive into Pisa for evening meal. Husband made use of the access (for 7€) of gym next door which he was impressed with - it has an outdoor pool too which he didn’t use. Overall, very impressed for an airport hotel."

"Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind einfach veglast und nicht richtig isoliert. Auch die Zimmertür ist nicht dicht. Wir konnten kaum schlafen, weil wir den Straßenlärm oder andere Gäste im Flur oder auch in deren Zimmern gehört haben. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr klein ausgefallen.
