We could hear loud club music from another hotel or restaurant nearby but I was still able to sleep. An easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Flores island. They let us check out late which was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Hotel Santana is in such a good spot on the island. It is around a lot of good restaurants and its restaurant is excellent as well as we learned from our breakfast that was included. We had a beautiful view from our room and had a very smooth checkin and overall experience there on the lake!"

"Casa Ramona is ideally located near the water front and we loved the roof terrace. The air conditioning in our room was great, especially as it was 42°C when we were in Flores. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast, as we had early starts during our visit. We ordered a packed breakfast, which cost Q40 extra per breakfast, which we didn't really enjoy. We found the times that food was available a bit frustrating as we couldn't have lunch one day. Staff were really friendly. Our bed was not very...

"This is an old hotel that may had seen better days. The room looked poor. The hotel itself is worn down and you can't even pay for transport to the airport with a card (debit/credit), they only accept cash."

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. "I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...
