"Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Cada dia pasaban a limpiar y incluso el primer dia que no teniamos con que fregar los platos, nos los fregaron. La entrada fue lo más complicado porqué llegamos con mucho sueño del vuelo y no tuvimos la habitacion hasta las 16h. En general estuvimos muy bien atendidos, el personal de 10 y las instalaciones también. Muy bien ubicado. "Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. "We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."

"We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights.
The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great.
Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins."
"I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back"
