"The place was beautiful but on a Saturday someone was working on the top floor like putting tile since 8 am. A lot of noise then even worse on Sunday when you think i can wake up late. People continue to work on the top floor cutting metal. The restaurant was great and the food. The service and attentions wonderful..."

"Location and price offer amazing value. Yoou hear everything from the courtyard and mosquitos get in through the bathroom window that can not be fully closed. Honestly still hard to beat for the price and location. Staff is good too. Never had a problem have stayed multiple times. Recommend asking beforehand in your reservation for a room on the second floor. Third has weak water pressure "

"Everything was okay,however it will be nice if they can provide better mattress for the beds. Also a small fridge and microwave. I know is a lot to ask but always those things are helpful specially if you have small kids for their snacks."

"This hotel is perfectly situated in a street that is closed to motor vehicles, with lots of shopping and dining options very close by. Everything inside is spotless and the staff is kind and highly professional. Bags can be stored before or after check in at no charge. The rooftop pool and bar is lovely with gorgeous views. Breakfast options are free, delicious and are part of the room cost. I will definitely stay here again in the future when I come back to Oaxaca. The only slight deterrent was...

"The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too...

"Modern hotel with beautiful atrium. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is polite and hospitable. Location is perfect—you’re within a 15 minute walk of just about every site in the center of Oaxaca. Highly recommended!"
