"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "The owner was very nice but the house had many concerns. The first were the many stairs into and inside the room. As I have mobility issues, no stairs were mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the room has a strong mildew scent which the owner said was from the type of wood in the building. But well - if so, it was very overwhelming an unpleasant.
