"The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum "

"Its a great beachside large rooms clean and comphortable good food. Overall a great place by the beach. Two caveats there is no pool and really low wifi its not for working remotely"

"Pool is chlorine free, they use a salt treatment for the pool, great for kids and adults. Place was quiet and peaceful. "

My only suggestion is to upgrade the main entrance's door, as it can be an inconvenient to keep calling with our cellphones every single time we need to enter or exit the facility. Just like the elevator, we should be able to use our room's key to come in.or step out. "

"What a break…pineapple jelly with coconut bread, smoothies, coffee with milk (in bamboo), eggs, cheese, plantanos and ham! Flowers in seashells topped the presentation! We had a choice to be served on the veranda or to have a floating tray in the waterfall pool. This place has absolutely outdone any and all competition in my book! If ever in Las Galeras, I highly recommend Chalet Tropical Bio-hotel! It will surpass any expectations and then some!"
