"Los Arcos have a very poor impression on arrival. It's a shabby old fashioned terracotta frontage amongst white pristine buildings. Parking is very difficult & staff at reception not helpful. We arrived a few mins early & were made to feel a nuisance. A simple free drink at the bar would have helpful. The receiption area is dingy, as is the breakfast area - cafe space. Bedroom had a large balcony & comfy huge bed, but again, dated. Bathroom small & towels seen better days. Plus side, lovely...

"C’est un peu moins bien équipé que dans un hôtel; il n’y avait pas de couette de lit, seulement un drap mince, donc nous avons eu froid avec la climatisation qui était très dure à régler. Le lit pour deux personnes était petit. Par contre, l’endroit était propre et bien situé."
