"If we had of had the option to leave and go elsewhere we would have. Unfortunately for us it was late and we had been driving all day.
We were very disappointed in our room…no TV or air conditioning. The windows didn’t open. The girl that checked us in had no idea where our room was. We ended up in the basement. It was cold and damp.
Would not recommend staying here. Very expensive for what we got."

It really needs an update. Carpeting in the hallways and in the room has seen better days. The rooms are not soundproof. Can hear conversations from adjacent room. Would not choose to stay here again."
"This hotel was horrible! First when we pulled in with our truck two very sketchy individuals we're sitting there smoking weed. I spent half the night wondering if my truck would still be there in the morning. The carpet in the hall was filthy, the smell of weed was everywhere, even coming through the shower fan vent. The bed was terrible, it had a piece of plywood between the box spring and mattress. It was so uncomfortable and squeeked very loudly when you move. There was no microwave or coffee...
"We stayed in the apartment during our ski trip to le Massif. The apartment is huge, with 3 large sitting/dinning areas to stretch out. The master bedroom is very large. Breath-taking view of the St Lawrence! Very clean and quiet. We cook in our own kitchen but the hotel has a very large and well stocked common kitchen. The eating area also offer very nice view of the St Lawrence."
