"The rooms are clean especially for a three-star hotel. However, the AC in this hotel did not work. We were a large family staying at this hotel and had booked five different rooms. Only one of the rooms had a proper working AC and unfortunately there was a heat wave in Geneva during our stay. It was impossible to get a good night's rest at the hotel. Also, the showers are very small. The location is central, but I would not stay here again, especially for the high cost."

"Great location with tram right there to get around. Airport shuttle was perfect! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Good location, close to the airport. Parking is NOT free, and garage is tiny (by American standards). Limited food options during the day, but breakfast was quite opulent. Comfy bar area. Friendly staff."

"The high point was the airport shuttle. The drivers were kind, the shuttles ran frequently, and started earlier than the other hotels. The low points were the very terse, bordering on rude, front desk staff. No greeting, very little eye contact, just short demands barked out. The lobby had effective air conditioning but our room did not. The room had AC but it was so weak as to be non existent. Next time we will choose another hotel and use Uber."
