"Exceptional service from the front desk, Aminata was particularly attentive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent, fresh squeezed orange juice, freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolat, madeleines, French crêpes, 6 different “Bonne Maman” jams, large selections of coffee types….."

My only recommendation is that I got repeatedly lost trying to find the location from the train station Part-Dieu...would be helpful if there was a map or specific directions how to get to the hotel from the train station (apologies if I missed it). My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around. It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem. Breakfast was fine, although quite basic. Hotel is an old building but it was clean. "
