"This is a nice little hotel a quick walk to old town which I like because it’s a quieter area. Parking across the street was very convenient and the hotel gives a discounted rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was that our floor’s hallway had a not to pleasant odor….but it didn’t affect our room so not a huge deal. Elevators are tiny but that seems to be the norm in France. "

"The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay."

"Used this hotel as an overnight stop on our journey by car to Italy - despite the pictures, not the most picturesque of locations. Good outside parking within hotel, no extra cost. Friendly welcome from staff. Very nice room, unusual colour scheme and decor which we liked but which may not be to everyone's taste. Comfortable bed, room and bathroom very clean. "Chose it fro proximity to airport to drop off rental car and access to airport next day thinking there would be some sort of shuttle/public transport to the two nearest towns Chambery and Aix-Les-Bains. Much to our surprise there was no such transport. The hotel was basic but very expensive for what was on offer. The restaurant food was OK but overpriced for the quality. In retrospect I would have made alternative arrangements to drop off rental car the same day as using airport."
