Very nice historic hotel.

Incredible stay! Sweet beautiful room with a great view, wonderful comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff, AMAZING breakfast, perfect location. We loved staying here! Perfect honeymoon spot. Beautiful spa just across the street, one of the thermals across the street and a few springs right outside, really just a perfect spot. Highly recommended!!

This was a beautiful property! The young man that checked me in was so helpful with everything. I LOVED it!

Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Great location. Close to everything. Awesome views. Free parking. Wonderful staff. Really nice breakfast. Feels very homely.

Excellent location and the room was gorgeous!

Well maintained, clean, employees were pleasant to deal with. Woul recommend.

Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features. Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!

This was our first time to Karlovy Vary. It truly is set in a fairy tale like setting. Absolutely gorgeous town. Definitely a must see to believe place. The hotel was really charming. Had the feel of the magical city that surrounds it with modern amenities. The room was big & beautifully designed. Bathroom even had a bidet! The view was outstanding. The only negative i would say is that the bed & pillows were a bit lumpy but not enough to cause a lot of discomfort. Also, the bathtub had...

Great room for my family of three! Staff super helpful, room immaculate, breakfast super.

Great hospitality by the staff. I love the spa options, bath, and the sauna.

I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat.

All ok

You have to park in the Thermal Hotel parking garage that isnot a big deal. The hotel is located righ down town and was nice. The breakfast was good but not in our hotel. You have to walk 100 meters to another hotel which not a big deal either.

Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.
