We’ve been in many hotels; some 5 stars and my son said this one has been the most beautiful hotel we have been. The sunrise here is stunning, the view and the feeling is indescribable!! "Queriamos un hotel en Ubeda-Baeza, y nos encontramos con Las Manillas, en Sabiote. Todo un descubrimiento. A un tiro de piedra de las anteriores, pero más tranquilo. El hotel en un palacio restaurado, realmente el contenido es todo nuevo, el "envoltorio" el de un palacio, como su nombre indica. El pueblo, Sabiote, tambien merece la pena, un patrimonio más que interesante, y como en los pueblos más pequeños, lo mejor es la gente, amable, y siempre predispuesta a la conversación.
