"They upgraded us to their sister hotel called Porta Cervino which was amazing. Brand new rooms, soft towels, luxury bedding. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They spoke English. I would 100% stay here again. 10 minute ride to Zermat. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made a difference. I was able to check in late, even after reception hours, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. When we had to check out early in the morning, they kindly provided us with breakfast to-go, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best spot to stay at, if you want to be near the train station as restaurants. Overall, excellent service...

"Stayed 4 nights in double-room No 42 (4th floor) with perfect view of Matterhorn. Peaceful & well appointed Hotel - near Furi lift and 5+ min walk into town. Very good breakfast and great staff in all areas. Happy to recommend. "
