"Great staff. Clean rooms."

"The floor was visibly dusty and we had to wipe it. The bathroom floor was slanted so the water was everywhere when we showered. The front desk was helpful and followed up my complaints. There is no AC that actually works so the room was extremely hot and the fan was coated with dust and I had to wipe it myself. If the expectations of a 3-star hotel is the following experience than..yes this is a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient, it has walkable distance to the train station and right...

"This was an excellent place to stay near the Zurich airport. While it might look like you can walk to the hotel from the airport, the area around the airport is pretty built up. But there is excellent public transport (731 bus) from the airport to within 100yds of the hotel.
