However there no one at the “shady” location to contact. No true rating is available for this hotel since we never got a chance to get inside the hotel "

Support phones don’t work. Absolutely ghost place. No one to even talk to or seek help. Poor bed. They charge for cleaning separately and there is cleaning inspection fee separately.
