"The house was not well kept and there were cleanliness and maintenance issues. When I stripped the bed the stains were disgusting. The owner lives in the house and you can hear his tv and you can hear him coughing. It was so odd and unsettling. The house has potential but need a major overhaul."

"We were in town for Mizzou student orientation and stayed the night at this property. It was excellent from the moment we walked in. Doug was so kind and welcoming when we checked in. The room was very spacious and clean. The AC was nice and cold. The free hot breakfast and coffee was convenient and yummy. We will be back for sure!"
