"Nice hotel right on the Mississippi River.
Good breakfast. Dinner at Slick Rick’s was great. Only minus was the door to our room was difficult to open and close-had to yank and slam it."
"It is a beautiful place but if you want a healthy big breakfast then you should know that only have little boxes of cereal and old pastries. Their were also men cutting branches right outside of our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. We still had a wonderful anniversary. The Castle restaurant serves really good food and live music was good. The staff were very hospitable and fun."
"Incredible historic home in prime Natchez location. Lovely spacious room on lower level, easy access from the outside - no stairs. Very comfortable room, bathroom and common area with beverages and snacks! Breakfast is by vouchers offering a choice of two nearby cafes! We really enjoyed eating at Natchez Coffee! Easy free parking on the street along the historic property!
Lee and David are terrific hosts! We loved the house tour Lee gave us - absolutely beautiful rooms and furnishings! ...
"It was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. We had the Laura room and stayed for 2 nights.
Pool gorgeous and breakfast delicious."
"Peaceful and quiet easy to find. Great views of Mississippi..
Lovely pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax.
Good room slept well nice compact bathroom.
Didnt meet host.
Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!"
"Debbie and Gregory were wonderful hosts. They made you feel right at home in a history rich location. Make sure you make time for the breakfast, it was delicious."
"We had an amazing stay that exceeded expectations! House and room were immaculate. We enjoyed walking the property and sitting on the expansive porches.
Bobbie was an excellent host, cooked a delicious breakfast and gave us a great personalized tour.
We look forward to returning to this beautiful estate on our next visit."
"Our stay was great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for dinner options. The room was a nice size, bed was comfortable. Nice location with a nice view of the river and sunset. Breakfast was light and very tasty."
"Right in the heart of the historic district and close to everything. The hostess provided us with recommendations and made sure everything was as expected and needed."
"Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens."
"This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. You need to stay at Stone House with your host, Joe Stone."
