"Front desk personnel very friendly & helpful—no matter day or night. Good breakfast each morning that was included in our fee & tea each day from 4-6 pm was a nice perk. Was able to book water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel, as well as water taxi to the train station through the hotel’s concierge. Would definitely recommend the Montecarlo Hotel. Location good for shopping & restaurants. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small bungalow. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for the warmer months, but it might not be ideal for winter since it lacks a heater. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there are great restaurants nearby. The Mestre train station is conveniently within walking distance ca. 20 min, making it easy to get around."

"The hotel was exactly what we needed as a base to visit Venice and departing at the airport. The number 5 bus outside the hotel took us into the Grand Canal. We booked a shuttle to the airport for 15 euros. Nice coffee shop next door for coffee and croissant and a good bar down the road for dinner. Room was clean and comfy so would recommend it for a short visit en route to your next destination "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Messner. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom in our room, but we were also on a floor with a shared bathroom in the hallway (right across from our room). "Staff was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Wide variety of choices and we could watch the gondolas go by as we ate. Neither of our rooms had canal views, but breakfast room right on canal. Coffee machine, could make however we wanted. Wifi is extremely limited. Only works in small sitting area with 5 chairs. It did not work in rooms or breakfast area.had to be careful in shower doors did not meet up so water could spray out if not cautious. We lwft luggage bo broblem, left in lobby...

"We traveled in multiple cities in Italy (Rome/Florence/Milan/Venice) and this hotel was the worse! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!! its in horrible condition, rooms are very very small, very old and outdated. It is not the cheapest hotel pricewise but definitely not the nicest one. Location wise it is good but I would never ever book this hotel again. "
