We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. "Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean room. Hotel is one block away from main street (restaurants, bars, shops, etc) and that street that connects was very dark at night (no lights), thus creating a safety issue."
