"We had asked for towels on the first of 2 nights due to a shortage for our family and had to ask again the next day because we still had not received them. We had to also reach out to get the bed sheets for the pull out couch. The same with toilet paper and kleenex. I had to go back to the front counter twice because we had no toilet paper. Seemed like it would have been a nice hotel 25 years ago but not much had been maintained."

"Our room was off the courtyard but was so quiet. I am pretty picky about where we stay but would definitely stay here again."
