"Staff was great! There was a few to hold our luggage that we were unaware of but it was very reasonable. Location was great for walking to local destinations. Room was small but very comfortable."
"Wren was a nice boutique hotel. Hard to find initially. Located close to Temple bar area, walkable to many sites such as Guinness storehouse, Jameson, Kells, Trinity college and more. Room was small but clean. Great staff! Only neg thing was shower could use deep clean to remove mold."
"Great location. Welcoming staff, lots of smiles. Bar area was inviting.
Room was on small side and TV kept glitching but other than that, it was a good city hotel."
"Lovely hotel with a historic vibe, but it could use an upgrade in hospitality processes and staff training. The restaurant was well laid out, but seemed understaffed as the service team always appeared hurried, under stress and generally unhappy. The quality of the food was decent, but lacking in selection and steaks were often overcooked. The front desk staff were professional, but somewhat lacking in congeniality and the housekeeping team were average, with the exception of one South Asian...
"The street noise was an issue. However, I knew that going in. It’s a location problem, not a hotel problem. Soundproofing the building might be something the hotel wants to consider. Overall a good experience."
"Driving our rental to the hotel was challenging to say the least. The hotel has nowhere to stop to unload or load and get parking into from hotel staff. we eventually found a parking garage quite a distance away. Dragged our bags to the hotel and the next day had trouble even using a gps to get back to the hotel to retrieve the luggage
Staff were very nice and friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was very good"
