"The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. Food was great and there were plenty of other nearby options as well. Location is fantastic. Rooms are huge. Opposite beautiful Cottesloe Beach, 9 min to Hospitals and only a few more into the city or Fremantle. The building is art deco old and in the midst of renovations. Can’t wait to see it finished. It is a lovely old building with an amazing picture window view at the end of the corridors. Not fancy but clean and handy to most places and...

"I had a room tucked between the laundry and the commercial quantity of rubbish bins. Staff srarted throwing out the trash about an hour after restraunt was closed. Only took 3/4 of an hour of crash bang and deliberately smashing bottles inside the bins. Then cleani g staff and delivery drivers started making their noises only a ouple of hours later. A d the room appears to usually not be used. It is tired and worn out. The shower drains well, but lea es a pool of water in the deep grout. So...

"Family friendly, great kitchenette, friendly staff"

"Clean, comfortable and a handy location. A huge clean pool, coin operated washer and dryer if you really needed it - though we decided to use a modern laundromat a couple of minutes drive away. We were curious about the road noise, but when the windows was closed it was perfectly quiet in our room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The property looks a little outdated from the outside, but we had an upstairs room that was fresh looking and had everything we needed to have a nice stay...

"Booking through Expedia, it was a little confusing regarding the precise location to arrive, as all communications were through the app and not direct. But once we were checked in, we were very pleased."

"the guy there very kindly let us check in early to a clean and well equipped room. We couldn't get the air con to work but it didn't matter as there was a nice breeze blowing through the window and we had the door open as it was very private. We were impressed with the whole self check-in/check-out concept and all the breakfast ready for you in the morning (included in the price). It was situated in a random place in an industrial area but there were eateries nearby and Uber to take you into...

"Convenient for travellers passing through Perth."

"As a solo traveler, I find this property very convenient, clean, close to shops, good bar/restaurant downstairs. Room space is small, but bed was comfortable also very good shower head in bathroom."

"ROOM WAS OLD AND DINGEY. NO MINI BAR, VENTILATION POOR IN BATHROOM AND VERY SMALL. OUR ENTRANCE DOOR KEPT JAMMING LEAVING US STUCK IN OR OUTSIDE. REPORTED TO MANAGER WHO SAID THEY KNEW BUT NOT FIXED YET."

"Choose somewhere else. I felt very uncomfortable staying here. Up to you though!"
