"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"Sehr netter Empfang, super Frühstück mit leckeren Brötchen. "

"Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Das WC war leider etwas älter aber im guten Zustand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, damit keinen Straßenlärm, dafür aber die Abluft der Küche. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde (fast) Corona konform dargeboten. Eine Kühlung oder/oder Spuckschutz wären schön gewesen. Das etwas zu Barsche Auftreten des Mitarbeiters am Buffet empfanden wir als etwas zu vorlaut. Im Restaurant an sich waren wir nicht zu Gast. Zusammengefasst : ein gutes Hotel. "
