"When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. "We loved the fantastic location, friendly staff, and our spotlessly clean room with lots of storage, a reasonably priced mini bar, and a balcony. There was a staff member who spoke excellent English and the breakfast was diverse with healthy options and wonderful teas and coffees. "
