"Extremely disappointing. This should be rated with 1 or 2 stars. Less than friendly staff, old furniture and unclean rugs. Breakfast consisted of practically nothing edible and no eggs. They did have a nice coffee so I’d give them that. I will be checking out soon. I’ll never return. There are so many better hotels in Rosario for the same money. "Excellent service. We arrived earlier and they accommodated me as soon as a room was available. The breakfast is abundant, great food, brought to your room. Room is clean. You can easily hear others, but aside for that I would definitely stay again, especially for the price. "

"Everything was good, except my mother slipped in the bathtub because it didn't have nothing non-slip. Even the floors of the bedroom and bathroom were slippery. The regulation on the temperature of the water was not working properly, or to hot or to cool. The breakfast buffet was so good, except they need to put some signs in the meals."

"This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in the city of Buenos Aires. We got an upgrade and we decided to take a suite that is very spacious and beautiful. We’re going to stay here for 5 nights. The area around the city looks safe, we saw several guards on the streets. There are several jewerly stores and antique stores close to the hotel"
