"They let us have an early breakfast on the day of departure due to an early train reservation. Staff at the front desk were very helpful throughout our stay!"
"Beautiful hotel with great view. Unfortunately our room didn't have a balcony, but it was nice and clean.
The breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety throughout the four days we stayed at the hotel, but at least it included some vegetables—something the other hotels we stayed at during this trip lacked.
Great location and very nice stuff."
"Stayed here 4 days in mid September. Location and lakefront views were amazing but most of all the staff were exceptional and beyond lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday."
"Amazing staff across the hotel, restaurant, and lake side area. Clean rooms and great food. Plenty of water activities that were included (kayaking, paddle boarding, water trampoline) as well as reasonably priced wakeboarding/surfing prices as an add-on."
"This hotel was a treasure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You can request any service through WhatsApp, and the staff responds almost instantly. Additionally, the views from this hotel were spectacular, and the daily breakfast was consistently delicious. We appreciated not staying in the middle of the crowds in Bellagio, and the transportation to and from the town was really easy. We even found that we liked walking to and from the Bellagio when we were looking to do that,...
"This property exceeded my expectations. The views were to die for. The restaurant is delightful. Breakfast was very good again in the restaurant with amazing views. We enjoyed everything about our stay, thank you."
"The hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Menaggio! It's not a huge property so it's quiet and has a family run, boutique feel and you can really feel the love put into the property. The breakfast spread was the huge and delicious! The staff was friendly. As others have noted it is a trek up a hill to get to the property if you don't have a car. My husband and I were able to do it with our luggage, but we pack light and it was a bit strenuous. If you have a few bags especially roller bags I'd...
