"The location of the hotel was okay and close to the train station. My complaints are mostly due to the noise levels at the hotel during quiet hours. We heard doors slamming close and people talking at all hours of the night. We also had issues with the internet going out as well as the TV and when we called to have it resolved they said it may take 20 to 30 minutes. After waiting about an hour we realized it still wasn’t resolved and so we gave up in reaching out to the front desk."

Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t. You would think that with how much you’re paying you’ll at least get shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/body lotion in the bathroom, however they only provide an...

"Very nice hotel and close to airport"

"The rooms are small but tidy I can say there isnt much of a view. The staff were all very kind. Location wise, I enjoyed it; it is near trains and restaurants. One issue would be that breakfast is grab and go and is limited. I unfortunately couldn't have any due to my food restrictions (food contains dairy and egg). I would suggest not packaging the breakfast with your stay and buy it once you arrive at the hotel if you like it."
