"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario; persino gli appendiabiti a muro che sembrano dare tanto fastidio oggi giorno! Bagno pulito e doccia bellissima. Lo staff è stato di una gentilezza estrema dal mio arrivo sino ai saluti; mi hanno fatto fare colazione anticipata visto che avevo il treno molto presto la mattina. Non dò 5 stelle solo per via del distributore di sigarette in strada che rimbomba sino in stanza a tutte le ore che la gente lo adopera..servirebbe qualche strato di...
