"Very friendly staff, clean room, near the train station you can go to Verona, you have shops in the area, a lot of restaurants close by, easy to pick the tram."
"We had a really good experience here and would definitely stay again without a doubt.
The location is super convenient. It's just a few steps from the metro and tram, so getting around the city was really easy. If you prefer walking, you can reach the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in about 25 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants for aperitivo or a nice dinner, and there's a grocery store nearby for anything extra you might need.
The breakfast was honestly...
"Breakfast was listed as included when booking, when I arrived it was no longer included. Our room smelled of old cigarettes and the sheets were dingy. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly."
"The staff was very supportive with our questions and great at coordinating our transportation. The also were so kind to give us a late knowing our transportation was picking up at 1230p. Much appreciated!"
