"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. The bed mattress are seriously old amd sogy but all very clean. "The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"Reception was again a delightful experience. The room was very clean and tidy with a bath. Staff were very pleasant, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was, and as always, a great experience. Plenty on offer to drink and eat in a buffet-style basis. I also liked the preparation and cooking of an omelette whilst I watched and waited. I was especially grateful for the assistance in obtaining a slave-start for my car (I had heavy duty jump leads with me, thankfully) because I had left my lights on overnight - there was heavy rain and thunder earlier. In summary, another delightful experience and very highly recommended."
