"The situation of the hotel, near the main square of Osorno, is OK. A parking lot is provided. But the room war rather narrow and dark. Breakfast was OK.
The staff was not particularly friendly. What shocked me, was that they wanted to charge me an amount in pesos at a fantasy rate above the effective rate."

"Nuestra estadía fue perfecta! Alexis es un anfitrión top preocupado desde antes de nuestra llegada, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano, nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Además nos tenía a nuestra llegada unas galletitas de regalo, té y café.
