"Lovely hotel conveniently located near the train station. Bus pickup for travelling to San Marino was in front of the hotel. Greeted by dog JO-JO, a nice addition. Wonderful breakfast, and all in all an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very unclean hotel, dirty floors, elevators, bathroom. The shower head fell off. The pool was so dirty. They advertise they have parking and that's the reason I booked this but we had to find parking a couple of streets away. Very disappointed."

"Loved the hospitality of the staff and wonderful breakfast. The room was quite small for four people although there were sufficient beds. The beds were a little bit stiff but not terrible. The shower was interesting as it included a full body massage option. Be warned that the shower has an alarm that went off after we had fallen asleep (not sure why) but we were able to turn it off. "The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good value though carb heavy. Overall ok, but would not stay again for a few reasons. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb - especially the drainage which did not smell great. There is no pool - they have a spa but on Hotels.com it clearly says pool which was a disappointment as I swim for my rebuilt shoulder - appreciate the sea is right there for most people but I lane swim.
