" Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. "I have to say it was an excellent stay. Whilst it isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect that, it was very solid and met the needs of a good base to access the slopes. Warm, big rooms, comfortable beds and adequate food. Remember, you get what you pay for - I’d stay here again. "

"Nice charming hotel in a quiet spot, but only a short walk from the slopes. Certainly great value. The included breakfast and dinner buffets were both pretty decent, better than most that I have experienced in the past. Friendly staff."

"The hotel itself is of a good quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds and shower are really good. The environment is great; with a view on the Rila mountains. Unfortunately all this is being 'wiped out' because of the unbearable noise from the restaurant below the hotel. The noise starts in the afternoon until midnight. We booked this hotel for 2 nights to take the first bus of 7.40 h to the Monastery. Obviously we went to bed early. We had a terrible night. If you don’t...
