"Booked a twin bed room. Beds were comfortable and room good size. Continental breakfast was excellent. The food looked and tasted fresh every morning and they coffee machine excellent. Complimentary fruit, coffee and ice cream available at reception. Tram and buses just outside the hotel and train station is a 10 minute walk away. Overall a very very pleasant stay in a good location. Overall a pleasant stay"

"Great place to stay and explore the area. Located right next to the train station allowed us to use public transport to get around. We explored the lake by hiking, chocolate factory and the Gruyère castle. We even took the panoramic bus ride from St Denis down to lake Geneva. "

"Excellent location less than ten minutes from the Bern city center. Good breakfast. Calm inner garden with some seating, could be beautiful if better maintained, now looks little bit wild :)"

"The hotel is right by Wankdorf station with easy access to central Bern and the surrounding area by train or tram. It’s in a business district but it was quiet during my stay from a Thursday to Sunday, There is a coop supermarket in the building for food or snacks too. Really impressed with the amenities in my room which was like a small studio apartment with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cooking hob and microwave and lovely shower. There is a communal area also which had a pool table and seating...

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"The hotel is super clean. Nothing fancy but it does the job. The location is convenient to explore all the tourists destinations nearby. They were very nice to change my room. The first one was very nice but under the roof, so it was very hot during the night. They gave my one much cooler for the rest of my stay."

"The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite."
