"This is a combination hostel/hotel. We stayed in the hotel part which obviously shares facilities with the hostel. The hotel is great. The rooms are a good size, although need to be rearranged a bit to suit travellers with suitcases rather than backpacks. Nowhere to put luggage. The room has a coffee table and fake plant that could be replaced with luggage racks. Bathroom was a good size. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. "The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "This is an old property that has been lovingly renovated. The bathroom was modern, the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in the old part of Maastricht and is walking distance to everything. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again "
