Main problem: Place was incredibly noisy. Cafeteria/bar in the center echoes like crazy. Lobby was like an amplifier too. Good luck sleeping. Booked two nights, left after one night where I got like three hours rest. "The location next a very nice beach was its best feature. However, we were put into a room in a building that was not attached to the hotel proper rather than in a room in the actual hotel. But the staff was very responsive to our requests for a small refridgerator. And the beach was very nice. All in all, a nice stay."

"Unfortunately, based on our experience during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Within the first 15 minutes of using our room, we noticed several hairs, including long black hairs, in different places. We immediately reported this to the reception.
Unfortunately, the response from the male receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of solution, he told us that the hairs must have been from us and that this was not the hotel's...
"El hotel es espectacular y el sitio es inmejorable. Si buscas un sitio para escapar del caos y estar tranquilo te lo recomiendo 100%. Además la gente del hotel muy atenta, el desayuno que ponen estaba genial.
Si tuviese que poner un pero* sería el camino de llegada, pero es obvio debido a donde está el hotel que es todo verde alrededor y en mitad de la montaña.
