Had a spacious sauna complex with two saunas, steam room, cool down room. Beautifully appointed and clean. Also had a self service bar which you just paid for at the end and prices were very cheap. Hotel has easy access to the ski slope by walking about 150m on the flat. There are a few restaurants on the same level and it’s about 15 minutes walking...

"I traveled here with my younger brother and his girlfriend. We used this as our base camp to ski at Ischgl and Arlberg. We all absolutely loved the hotel; the food was delicious, the saunas were very nice, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I hope to go back for another couple ski trips this season. "

"We booked the apartment for its proximity to Ischgl, since prices were a bit lower in Mathon (there's an excellent bus service connecting skiers to Ischgl from Mathon). The apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacking in basic amenities like hand soap! When we asked about hand soap, we were told that this was not something the owners needed to supply, and that no rental apartments offered this. "Excellent apartments with beautiful views of Oberugugl. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). We lived in a Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Mountain View (Alpenheimat) There are all necessary kitchen utensils. Each room has a TV, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a huge terrace. We rented ski equipment right next to the ski lift and left it for storage there. From the apartments to the ski lift, approximately 200 meters. From the apartments you go downhill, back to the hill....

"Its a 3star hotel that does not pretend to be anything else. Room was basic. A bit short staffed so the reception person was doing multiple jobs. Decor is dated but gives it character. There was no shower gel in the shower but the staff went out of their way to help and got me some. Really great service from staff, they all try and ensure that the guests are looked after. Great location. I would definitely return. "
