"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service.
