"The hotel was for the price good, I stayed 5 days/4 nights, it’s very central pretty much to everywhere, staff was really helpful and friendly, only downside, the noise when people were checking in or leaving, or housekeeping, you could hear everything, the loudness felt amplified, some days I would leave really early and come back right around three to lay down and cleaning was happening, or some days I wanted to sleep in, and even the noise from breakfast time you could hear it all 😅. "We received a clean room, clean linens, and clean shared bathroom. Nothing else. Location was reasonably convenient in Redondela. No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. No staff on premises. Fan , no air conditioner. Price was a little high for the value."

We were walking the Camino and had passed the place over two hours ago when we looked for it in Pontevedra and learned our mistake. Had to take a taxi there and backThen they had no lift or even a dumb waiter to get our one full sized suitcase upstairs. The lady and I together managed it. In the morning I was told I could call someone to help bring it down because the desk was un manned. The guy answering was angry...

La ubicación es excelente para caminar y tiene varias cosas muy cerca (supermercado, restaurantes, parques, estación de tren/autobus). La vista del desayunador es espectacular."

The owner Roberto seemed nice when he gave us a ride into town because of the lack of taxis, but then threatened to kick us out when we complained about the neon light flashing in our room all night, broken amenities, & uninhabitable smell in our room. He angrily gaslighted us as if we were being too picky.
DO NOT RENT here unless you like the smell...
